Designed to help parents and carers keep a child or adult safe by providing extra control of older children and adults with special needs, challenging behaviour or learning difficulties, when out walking. Using a walking harness may prevent personal harm by offering a certain degree of restraint, particularly good for those with a limited sense of safety awareness.
Our Chest Pad Walking Reins comprise of a specially designed harness for older children, adults and the very active “escapologist” and is fitted with a chest belt, waist belt & shoulder straps. It has adjustable & detachable rein and all straps are fully adjustable. The chest and waist belts are fitted with side squeeze buckles as standard. The parent/carer’s rein (lead) is attached to side straps which can act as a directional aid, helping to guide the person wearing the reins.
